Since 1973, the Norwegian International Film Festival has been held annually in Haugesund, Norway. It runs for 10 days in
August, during which attendees have the opportunity to view over 70 films from 24 countries. In the cinema world, the Norwegian International Film Festival in Haugesund is considered “The Nordic Cannes”.
Most of the films are screened at Edda Kino, which has five theatres. QSC Cinema products are installed in four of the venues, including the DCP 100 and DCP 300 digital cinema processors and DCS loudspeakers.
